Welcome!
To give you a better idea of who you are dealing with here, I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Peter Bodem and I have been a trained tax clerk since June 2017.
Since then, I have been able to gain experience in accounting, preparing annual financial statements and preparing tax returns in various tax consulting firms.
In the process, I also learned, among other things, how important a well-designed process is in order to save time and money and thus have more time for the essentials (both on the tax consulting side and on the company side).
During my time as a tax clerk in medium-sized firms, I was able to gain a lot of experience in developing individual processes for different mandates and sometimes working closely with software developers, or using existing resources such as MS Excel to create tools that simplify or even automate many constantly repetitive tasks.
I have developed a great passion for this topic and have made it my profession.
With the "Buchhaltroniker (Accounting Electronics)" seminar from the German Business Academy (dba), I have acquired important know-how beyond my personal experience, which is necessary to make your digital accounting not only functional but also legally compliant.
I am also constantly continuing my education, whether through seminars or self-study, in order to always provide high quality and stay up to date.
As an accounting program, I am very familiar with DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen (and related products such as DATEV Unternehmen Online), but I have also worked with other applications such as Lexoffice and SevDesk and am always ready to familiarize myself with other systems and gain experience.
